Coiffuers en Noir (Hairstylists in black)

Have you heard of dîner en blanc? It’s a worldwide event where people gather in a public space and set up a temporary, chic dining area. Guests come dressed in white and enjoy food and wine l. Participants are required to provide their own food, tables, chairs and tablecloths.

We’re putting our own spin on it and calling it coiffuers en noir, hairstylists in black. We want to invite fellow hairstylists to come to the salon with models or mannequins and showcase your work.

The event will be held at Artur Kirsh Salon on Main Street in Manayunk from 10am-4pm.

We’ll provide the space and the photographers/videographers to capture your work & transformations. We will provide color, lightener and styling products.

What do you need?
-a model or mannequin (bring more than one if you want)
-all styling tools
-and wear your black attire!

If you’re interested in being a model for a total transformation, send a message to the salon (contact info below) with a current picture of your hair and what you’d like to get done. (Keep in mind 2 inches off the length is not a transformation)
