Stylists will need to develop a clientele, therefore, being outgoing and letting people know what you do, as well as, client retention skills needing to be strong is a MUST! All candidates must be highly accountable and have a valid PA Cosmetology license, Barber license or be currently enrolled in Cosmetology or Barber school.
