Ou Salon Hair Studio – Philadelphia, PA
Ou Salon is looking for talented, dedicated, full-time, licensed hair stylists to join our new, fast growing, Hair Studio in the heart of Philadelphia’s Fairmount Art Museum small business district. Stylists at Ou Salon offer a wide range of professional services for our clients including cuts, color, styling, texture, and beauty services for women, men and children. We offer retail recommendations of ethical and sustainable hair care products for clients to maintain their style on a daily basis.
Requirements for Ou Salon Stylists:
- Must have Cosmetology License in Pennsylvania and eligibility to work in the United States
- Prefer at least 2 years of experience behind the chair, current book of business is always a plus
- A passion for people, customer service, individual style, and the latest trends
- Goal oriented with strong listening, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to gain and keep strong customer and team relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of the Ou Salon team to achieve studio goals
- Reliable and available to work various schedules including nights, weekends, special occasions, and holidays when needed
- Desire for continuous improvement and willingness to participate in on going training
- Participation in ongoing community outreach efforts supported by the Ou Salon family
As a Hair Stylist for Ou Salon, you will:
- Earn tiered commission compensation based on experience, performance and contribution
- Be able to earn higher commissions based on weekly service and retail sales goals
