Bobby Mack & Co Hair Studio is growing and looking to add a Front Desk Coordinator to our friendly and professional team!
The Coordinator plays a crucial role at Bobby Mack & Co responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and optimizing stylists’ productivity. The Studio Coordinator will fulfill front desk responsibilities, including answering calls and emails and scheduling appointments. S/he will also need to make schedule adjustments throughout the day as cancellations occur and as scheduled appointments run over/under allotted time. Additionally, the Coordinator will ensure that the studio remains neat and organized throughout the day.
We see this role growing as our team grows so we are looking for an ambitious and proactive candidate capable of operating within the moment while anticipating future needs. The Coordinator will be a dynamic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Studio Coordinator will report to the Studio Manager and Owners.
-Checking guests in and out
-Attending to guests’ needs throughout appointment
-Answering telephone and email inquiries
-Maintaining accurate and up-to-date appointment book
-Serving as the point of contact for appointment confirmations
-Diffusing elevated guest situations as they arise
-Rebooking appointments and recommending products at check-out
-Tidying and upkeep
-Assisting with inventory and processing orders
-College degree preferred; high school diploma required
-Superior customer service skills accentuated by an upbeat, cheerful demeanor
-Strong computer skills
-Outstanding organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task and balance priorities
-Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
-Commitment to maintaining a polished, trendy appearance
Schedule (approx 25 hours per week):
-Tues/Wed/Thurs: 4:30-8:30 p.m.
-Fri: 3:30-7:30 p.m.
-Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
